My client started off as a small construction company in the early 1900’s and now have emerged as the largest Canadian-based real estate advisory and services organization.
An exciting opportunity to join to one of the top tier real estate companies across US and Canada covering a 16 month Maternity leave. Reporting into the Senior VP you will be responsible for the performance and efficiency of the corporate accounting and treasury function. Monitor and coordinate all reporting, annual activities including all financial, analysis, monitoring balance and accounts for all entities, coordinate the tax group and over see continuous improvement of process and procedures thought team.
Managing the corporate accounting staff, you will have exceptional organizational skills, have the ability to multi task, develop staff and have be able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful for this role, you will have held a similar role, had experience managing staff of up to 5 and be able to commit to for 16 months.
Must have CA,CMA or CGA designation
Must be currently eligible to work in Canada
